The 2019 BCBF is Saturday June 8th! Have a beer + help the homeless!
So how do tickets work?
Everyone entering the festival must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid ticket. You may purchase tickets online with a credit card or with cash at select retailers, Retail Partners noted below.
If you buy online, you will receive your tickets at the festival, quick "will call" lines will be set up by letter of ticket purchasers last name, example Line 1, last names A-E, etc. if you buy tickets at a Retail Partner, your tickets are direct entry. Get your ID confirmed and you are in.
I purchased tickets online, what's next?
You will receive an email confirming your purchase. A few days before the event you will receive another email with parking information, event updates and reminders. On Saturday June 10th, when you arrive at the Festival, all members of your party must be at least 21 years old and have proper ID to be admitted. The purchaser of the ticket(s) will report to a will call window arranged by last name. Our guest service representative will check your in and give you your ticket(s).

Avoid Service Fee?
You can avoid the service fee and get direct entry tickets (skip the will call line) by paying cash for your tickets and purchasing them from one of our Retail Partners: Berkshire Wine & Liquor (711 Tyler St. Pittsfield) Rainbow Restaurant (109 First St. Pittsfield) Berkshire Running Center (42 Summer St. Pittsfield) Dewey's Public House (16 Depot St, Dalton) - Tickets at our Retail Partners are subject to availability and are on sale beginning May 10th. The Berkshire Craft Beer Festival is a charity fundraising event, built around great craft beers, wonderful food and entertainment.
Unlike some festivals, the BCBF does not have "per drink" tickets, however we are a tasting and beer education festival. We are not the place to consume mass quantities off beer, we follow the same rules as your favorite pub. Guests receive a 5 oz handled mug on entry which is yours to keep. Sample size is 2.5 to 3 ounces.
There will be too many beers to try them all, so plan your visit. You'll get a map at entry and we'll publish the beers as each brewer finalizes their lists.
Drink responsibly, we have free coffee and cold drinks from our wonderful sponsors. This will be a great day, but everything in moderation.
No dogs, pets, outside food or beverages, large bags, bad language or behavior, you know the drill, please be sure to read the Legal Stuff at the bottom of the left column, also on the ticket sales site.
